Similar to Rachel McAdams, her longtime boyfriend, Jamie Linden, is also involved in the entertainment industry. However, he is not in front of the camera but behind it. Linden has worked on several projects as a director, screenwriter, and producer.
According to IMDb, his first project titled, “We Are Marshall,” was released in 2006, and he worked on the film’s screenplay and co-produced the project. His second project involved Channing Tatum, who, in the past, happened to have worked with McAdams. Linden was the one to help write the screenplay and co-produced the romantic film, “Dear John,” which starred Tatum and Amanda Seyfried.

His third project, “10 Years” was his directorial debut and was focused on a high school reunion, per Orlando Sentinel via Women’s Health. Linden revealed to the outlet that he drew inspiration for the film when he attended his own reunion. He shared, “Scott and I had come back from our 10-year reunion. Tatum didn’t go to his reunion in Tampa. We were explaining the shenanigans we got into. The reunion was back in ’07. We started messing around with this in ’08. It took a couple of years to do it.”
Since then, Linden has only worked on one more film in 2016 as a writer for the project’s screenplay. It’s unclear as to why he took a step back from the film industry, but he also had much bigger things to focus on in his personal life.
