A video popped up Friday on Twitter that alleged to show Border Patrol cutting the razor wire that has been put along the border by Texas DPS and allowing illegal immigrants to cross further into Texas. Hmm. That hasn’t been seen before.
As usual, it was reported by FOX’s Bill Melugin, the only reporter who has consistently covered the Biden border crisis since its beginning. He received the video from a source in Eagle Pass, Texas. He was able to get a statement from CBP explaining the situation.
CBP RESPONDS: A CBP official tells me a Border Patrol boat encountered a group of migrants with several small children, and that in order to quickly apprehend them and get them out of the heat, a BP agent cut the razor wire to access the area “consistent w/ federal law”.

It is a federal responsibility to enforce U.S. immigration laws. U.S. Border Patrol continues to enforce U.S. immigration laws. The individuals had already crossed the Rio Grande from Mexico, were on U.S. soil, and are subject to U.S. immigration laws. Individuals who cross unlawfully will be subject to the lawful pathways rule, which places common-sense conditions on asylum eligibility, with certain exceptions. Those who do not establish a legal basis to remain in the United States will be removed.
Is this happening often and no one has captured it on video before this time? Probably not, according to DPS Lt. Chris Olivarez. He was interviewed this morning on FOX and asked if this was a rogue Border Patrol agent or was he following orders from above. Olivarez said he didn’t think it was the case of a rogue agent but that the agent was doing what he was instructed to do. The way the federal government and the State of Texas are going about securing the southern border appears to be at odds. The video is proof that the work of TX DPS is futile if DHS is going to come behind and simply cut the razor wire and hold it open for illegal immigrants to cross. Why have it there?

It may be that more drastic measures, like cutting the razor wire, are happening now because it is summer in Texas and that means it is brutally hot. To save lives, and as one woman was reported to be pregnant, it may be that Border Patrol agents are being told to let them in and take them to be processed instead of letting them remain in the heat.
There is an arrogance and a sense of entitlement that comes along with the illegal immigrants. This group refused to leave, though they were on private property. Imagine owning property along the Rio Grande River and dealing with this every day.

The next day, Olivarez posted a similar video. They ignore Troopers warning them not to enter.

Single adults are charged with criminal trespassing in Texas but the illegal immigrants know that if they look like a family, they’ll be allowed to remain and be processed. What better way to traffick children than to put them with adults and have them cross the border together as a unit?
The Biden border crisis is a national security crisis and a humanitarian crisis. Illegal immigrants die trying to cross the Rio Grande River or the desert in the Texas heat. Now the razor wire is being cut to help them. The crisis is intentional and it is a dereliction of duty by the president. He should be impeached. Other reasons for his impeachment are beginning to come to the surface, like the possibility he is compromised due to Hunter’s business dealings, but this border crisis began as soon as he took office and has grown ever since.
