The FBI, Secret Service and the Palm Beach Co. Sheriff’s Office are scheduled to provide an update on the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. Trump survived a second attempt on his life after Ryan Routh allegedly pointed an AK-47 assault rifle at the 45th president at his golf course on Sept. 15.
Routh, who was taken into custody on I-95, has a lengthy criminal record from North Carolina and frequently posted about politics and exclusively donated to Democratic candidates and causes dating back to 2019.
