UFC boss Dana White is reportedly Australia-bound, and will be standing next to one of the nation’s political leaders in coming days.
2GB’s Ben Fordham broke the news this morning that White was heading to Sydney, and could potentially already have touched down.
It’s understood White will also be speaking to the press in the coming days, alongside NSW Premier Chris Minns.
White’s arrival precedes a major UFC fight night at Qudos Bank Arena at Sydney Olympic Park on Sunday.
One of Minns’ election promises was to bring three UFC bouts to Sydney.
The first took place in September 2023, with tickets selling out in 13 minutes – just over half of them to overseas buyers.
White is also something of a political force in the US, being a friend and advocate for President Donald Trump.
