He allegedly unzips his pants and urinates in the corner while holding a bag of food.

A wet patch can allegedly be seen on the carpet as he gets out.

2GB host Ben Fordham says the driver’s account has now been deactivated by Uber Eats, meaning he can no longer work for them.

UberEats said they “strongly condemn this type of behaviour”.

NSW Police told Fordham they were investigating.

They appealed for information.
