Two bodies have been found inside a home in Sydney’s south as police commence an investigation.
A man, believed to be aged in his 70s, and woman, believed to be in her 90s, were found deceased in an Arncliffe home about 2pm on Friday.
Emergency services discovered the scene as they responded to reports of a concern for welfare at a house on Knight Street.
The bodies were found in separate rooms and are considered to have been there for a considerable amount of time.
Their identities have yet to be confirmed.
Police and forensics teams are now on the scene and an investigation is underway.
A crime scene has been established at the property.
