A cement mixer collided with two cars and a Pantech truck and then flipped onto its side, Fire and Rescue NSW said in a statement.
“Technical rescue firefighters worked rapidly, with specialist equipment on a platform, to remove two occupants from the Pantech after it caught alight.”
Aerial vision shows the concrete truck rolled onto its side and dozens of emergency service workers on the scene.
NSW Police said two men in their 20s, who were passengers in the Pantech truck, were taken to Liverpool Hospital with serious injuries.

“The male driver, aged late 20s, of the Pantech truck and the 19-year-old female driver of the Audi were taken to Fairfield Hospital for mandatory testing,” police said in a statement.
The driver of the Ford utility truck was taken to Westmead Hospital with minor injuries.
Lanes are still blocked on Widemere Road and Prospect Highway at Wetherill Park in both directions.
