The two-day-old litter was found inside a patch of long, wet grass on the corner of Lord Street and Guildford Road in Bassendean at 6pm on Tuesday.
Eight were rescued at the time, while one was sadly found dead.
The remaining four, believed to be American Staffy crosses, are doing well.
The litter’s mother has not been found, prompting urgent calls from the RSPCA for help.
