Twitter reacts to death of MLB broadcast legend Vin Scully

Vin Scully, the beloved voice of the Dodgers for 67 years, both in Brooklyn and Los Angeles — died at his home in the Hidden Hills section of Los Angeles Tuesday night, the Dodgers announced. He was 94.

Members of the MLB community and other sports figures and fans paid their respects to the legend on Twitter:

We have lost the greatest broadcaster who ever lived as Vin Scully passed away Tuesday evening. Every game was a masters class as he turned an inning into poetry. And as great as he was, he was just as nice. Class, elegance and grace were all part of his humble but regal being.
