Trump will fly from Florida to New York tomorrow to hand himself in to the Manhattan district attorney, but six hours later he has a speech scheduled at his Mar-A-Lago club.
Though no details of the indictment have been confirmed, it is believed to be related to hush money payments made to two women Trump is alleged to have had affairs with.
Trump has slammed the investigation, while his lawyer claimed the former commander in chief had been “politically persecuted”.
Trump will enter the DA’s office on Wednesday morning AEST – Tuesday afternoon in New York – and security has already kicked into overdrive.

Barricades are in place around the courthouse, while New York police have been rehearsing the trip from Trump Tower, where Trump will spend the night, to the place of arraignment.
Trump will be finger-printed, have a mug-shot taken, and will be taken up to the 15th floor of the courthouse for his arraignment hearing.
