The property’s selling agent described the tropical getaway as a “rare investment opportunity, with the buyer receiving a freehold land in Australia”.
McGrath’s real estate agents said the current owner is even open to trade as part of the sale.
“A hotel, yacht, units, a house, Rolls Royce, he doesn’t care,” McGrath’s Telly Karadimos said.
