It will be alleged that police stopped a speeding car at Morphett Vale about 7.15pm yesterday.
During a search of the vehicle police allegedly uncovered 28 satchels containing cannabis and 102 capsules containing illegal mushroom powder.
A later search of an Edwardstown address allegedly turned up 381 capsules containing controlled mushrooms, as well as 200g of powdered mushrooms and 74 capsules containing cannabis.
At a second address police located a mushroom farm and evidence of cannabis oil/butter production.
Another alleged 2000 capsules containing controlled mushroom powder and about three kilograms of dried cannabis were also found.
A 48-year-old Morphett Vale man and a 44-year-old Edwardstown were arrested and charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of a controlled drug.
The man was bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on September 26 and the woman was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on October 29.
