The threat of artificial intelligence taking human jobs has been looming overhead for the better part of this century – but which Aussie industries will be hit hardest?

Among those affected are around 800,000 women workers, according to new data from global workforce learning company Pearson.

Among the top female-dominated industries likely to be impacted by the adoption of AI over the next 10 years, nurses, teachers and receptionists are all in the firing line.
