A toddler has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after she was hit by a car at a shopping centre carpark in Brisbane. 

Emergency services were called to a shopping centre carpark on Fairfield Road in Fairfield about 1.15pm today over reports a little girl had been allegedly hit by a car.

She suffered injuries to her leg and was taken to hospital in serious condition. 

No other injuries were reported. 

Police are currently on scene and are investigating the alleged crash.
