Tiger Woods and Erica Herman broke up last year … and now she has responded by firing off a lawsuit for $30 million.
Tiger Woods Had An Oral Agreement
The professional athlete is being called out by what we can now assume is his ex-girlfriend. She is suing the golfer claiming that he owes her $30 million for locking her out of his home back in October of last year.
According to Herman, via her lawyer, she is seeking to make the non-disclosure agreement she signed nullified, she cited two laws that will allow her to break the agreement including sexual harassment or assault.
These laws are the Speak Out Act and Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault, and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021. Is she hinting at something? “Ms. Herman responded to the breakup by filing this lawsuit,” claimed the lawyers at Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust.
What Does Erica Herman Deserve $30 Mil For?
The legal document laid out Herman’s intentions:
“Herman claims she’s owed $30 million after the oral agreement was breached when the trust’s employees ‘locked her out of the Residence, removed her personal belongings, and informed her she could not return.’ Herman also said that she had more than $40,000 in cash that was ‘misappropriated.’”
The lawyers for Tiger ate claiming that the situation was never permanent, she was allegedly only allowed to live there while engaging in a relationship with Tiger. Normally, Tiger’s two teenagers. Daughter, Sam and Son, Charlie live there with their mom Elin Nordegren, which is also weird but a conversation for another day.

Herman claims that the trust gives her permission to stay at the home. She had been staying there for the last five years and allegedly the agreement allows her to stay for five more.
Tiger Woods Has No Comment
Woods has not commented on all this mess, but this hasn’t stopped Herman from speaking up and advocating for what she believes is her right. Herman is suing for damages and attorney’s fees under the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act.
Tiger and Herman had been dating since 2017. It’s important to note that while Herman has brought up sexual assault and harassment, she had not publicly accused Tiger of anything.
She hasn’t even insinuated that he cheated on her. that being said fans of the pro golfer know he has openly struggled with sex addiction and even sought rehab for it. while he was married to Nordegren from 2004 to 2010 he admitted to cheating on her and blaming his sex addiction.
He released a statement apologizing to his then-wife and fans for wrapping them up in all the drama. “I want to say to each of you simply and directly I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selfish behavior I engaged in.”
He went on to say in the exclusive conference with ABC News, “The issue involved here was my repeated irresponsible behavior. I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated. What I did is not acceptable, and I am the only person to blame.”
Hopefully, this relationship ends on a calmer note for Tiger.
