Tiger Woods is completely shocked that his ex, Erica Herman is using a sexual abuse survivors’ law to get $30 million out of him.
Tiger Woods Is Disgusted

The golfer is claiming that Erica is a “jilted ex-girlfriend” and doesn’t agree with her move to have their NDA nullified over a sexual assault case that he is denying happened. The court docs were filed today and obtained by Page Six.
Tiger claims that Erica has no right to use the federal Speak Out Act because no sexual assault occurred. Furthermore, the golfer claims that Erica kind of looks like a liar because in her $30 million lawsuit she has against him she ticked “NO” by the box that specifically asks “does this case involve allegations of sexual abuse.”
This alone, Tiger believes is enough to shut down this lawsuit. Tiger thinks that Erica is just using the serious law to have her day in public court as opposed to private mediation as the NDA sets out.
Tiger believes she knows that the seriousness of the allegation coupled with his notoriety will being attention.
Tiger Woods Is Crying His Abuse

The professional athlete blasted Erica via court docs of course for abusing the law to hurt him publicly. “Ms. Herman’s position is utterly meritless,” reads Tiger’s statement.
“It is a transparent abuse of the judicial process that undermines the purpose of the federal statute and those whom the statute seeks to protect.” Plus, Erica has never not once, mentioned Tiger in a negative light, especially not coupled with physical abuse.

Tiger is hitting back at the lawsuit and asking the courts to enforce the NDA and its arbitration provisions. Erica and Tiger dated for six years which is a good chunk of time plus when they broke up, he still provided “lodging and financial support” for Erica even after their Halloween day break up.
Erica Herman Says Tiger Woods Did Her Dirty

Erica is the former general manager of one of Tiger’s restaurants and this is presumably how he two met. She claims after the breakup, Tiger’s agent locked her out of the Florida home that they were sharing.
The way he did it was shady AF according to her, he lured her away from the house with a surprise vacation.
“They then informed her she was not allowed to return to her residence,” she then claimed she was approached by Tiger’s attorney attempting to cover their tracks and “resolve the wrongdoing they were in the midst of committing.”

Tiger’s team also maintains that Erica is not a tenant, and she isn’t protected under any kind of tenant act. Tiger feels like he already went above and beyond for his ex by allowing her to say in the home until recently.
She is seeking the $30 million to make her whole after Tiger allegedly promised to let her stay in the home for an undisclosed amount of time and the allegedly felt embarrassed for being kicked out.
Again, she hasn’t said that Tiger was abusive to her in any way, so the golfer thinks he has a pretty good case.
