The preseason officially begins Thursday, August 3 as Aaron Rodgers and the new-look New York Jets travel to Cleveland to battle the Browns in the annual Hall of Fame Game (which airs on NBC and Peacock Premium). NFL Network will broadcast 23 live preseason games, while Prime Video will host one Thursday night matchup (the Indianapolis Colts vs. Philadelphia Eagles on August 24). WILL AMAZON PRIME VIDEO HAVE THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL IN 2023?
Yes! Beginning September 14, Prime Video will air 16 regular-season NFL games (15 Thursday night games and a new “Black Friday” Football game between the Dolphins and Jets on November 24).
The streaming service will also broadcast one preseason game (Thursday, August 24: Indianapolis @ Eagles at 8:00 p.m. ET).
