At least three people have been shot — one fatally — after shots rang out at a Randall’s Island migrant center early Monday morning.
One of the victims, a 44-year-old woman, was killed, according to ABC7.
The NYPD is reportedly looking for at least two suspects, one of which who is believed to have fled the scene on a moped with New Mexico license plates, ABC7 reported.
