Three passengers have been killed in a crash in regional New South Wales after a car left a rural road and rolled

The accident happened at Tarago, about 40 kilometres south of Goulburn, with the car coming to rest on its roof.

A man and two women were trapped in the vehicle and died at the scene.

The driver, a man in his 20s, suffered just minor injuries and is undergoing mandatory testing at Canberra Hospital.

Specialist crash officers attached to the Southern Region Crash Investigation Unit in investigating.

Bungendore Road remains closed between Collector Road and the Kings Highway, and north to the Tarago township.

The crash follows the death of a 17-year-old motorbike rider who lost his life after colliding with a car in St Ives in Sydney’s north last night.
