Patterson, the Gippsland woman at the centre of a mushroom lunch that resulted in the deaths of three people, was charged with multiple counts of murder and attempted murder.
But months after she was taken into custody, her empty Leongatha home has been ransacked by thieves.
A friend of the murder accused posted images on social media of a hooded figure allegedly ransacking the home.
The friend alleged the property had been broken into three times in the past month.
They also alleged a person tore down security cameras, before attempting the break-in.

Police today confirmed they had arrested and expect to charge a man and a woman for allegedly stealing Patterson’s red MG sedan.
It’s believed other thieves are responsible for taking her TV and household items.
Patterson was arrested in early November and was charged over the deaths of her former in-laws Don and Gail Patterson, as well as Heather Wilkinson.
She’s also been charged with attempted murder after Ian Wilkinson survived the alleged poisoning and plotting to kill her estranged husband Simon four times.
