The stolen seafood was allegedly swiped from a farm in the Wagonga Inlet, Narooma, around 75km from Bega.

It’s believed around 190 oysters were taken from the farm between December 14-21.

Police say the estimated value of the missing oysters is about $2000.

Officers attached to Operation Trident, a joint operation with NSW Fisheries, are investigating the alleged oyster heist.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Batemans Bay police or Crime Stoppers.
