Victoria’s Secret model Georgia Fowler and Fishbowl founder Nathan Dalah appeared to have a perfect life in New York with their two children.
So it was quite the shock when news emerged last weekend that they had split up after two years of marriage.
The couple, who married in 2023, are said to have quietly parted ways months ago.
Cracks in their previously picture-perfect home life began to appear when Georgia was repeatedly photographed without her wedding ring.
Given Dalah’s considerable fortune as the creator of the popular sashimi salad chain, their divorce is set to be costly, with Georgia almost assured a comfortable future following the settlement.

As she navigates her separation and possibly mulls a homecoming to be closer to her family, the New Zealander may well seek guidance from her elder sister.
Like Georgia, Kate Fowler was also in a relationship with an Aussie hospitality king – in her case, Merivale billionaire Justin Hemmes – with whom she shares two children.
She and Hemmes split in mid‑2018 after about three years together.
In announcing their break-up, the owner of iconic venues like The Establishment and Ivy Sydney said: ‘Kate and I have the utmost love and respect for each other.
‘At the beginning of 2018, Kate and I decided our friendship and respect for family life would become the focus of our relationship.
‘We love our children dearly and for now continue to live together happily in our family home.
‘Kate is a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful woman. As for what the future holds I am not sure.’
Kate has continued to live in the lavish $7.5million Dover Heights home that Hemmes bought for her and their children after their separation.

Even after meeting new girlfriend Madeline Holtznagel and welcoming son Jaeger with her in June this year, Kate remained part of the family fold.
Indeed, last October, Hemmes – who has an estimated net worth of $1.39billion – invited Kate and her boyfriend David Oettlé along for a family holiday in Queenstown, New Zealand, with him and Holtznagel.
It’s no secret in the eastern suburbs that Kate and Hemmes have an amicable co-parenting relationship that benefits their daughters, Alexa, nine, and Saachi, eight.
The pub tsar has spared himself a lot of grief by remaining on good terms with the mother of his children – an example Dalah might well follow.
Dalah co-founded Fishbowl alongside Nic Pestalozzi and Casper Ettleson, and the chain expanded rapidly from its Bondi origins in 2016.
Five years later, the food chain – which specialises in made-to-order Japanese-style salads – became an empire set to make $60million in revenue in 2022.
The chain has now established itself in New York under the name ThisBowl.

Dalah and Georgia moved to the Big Apple in 2023 so Nathan could focus on his Fishbowl franchise and Georgia could pursue her modelling career.
It’s unclear what caused their split.
Hemmes, considered Australia’s hospitality king, is the only son of Merivale Group founder John Hemmes. He took over the business after his father’s death in 2015.
While his ex and their daughters live in Dover Heights, he and new partner Holtznagel are raising their baby son at his famed Vaucluse estate, which his family has owned for more than 40 years and is widely regarded as one of the finest homes in Sydney.
