The most expensive home in Sydney was located in the most exclusive, luxurious suburb in the country – the infamous Point Piper.

The house at 142 Wolseley Road, dubbed “Notrella,” was sold in March for an earth-shattering, eye-watering $51.5 million.

The house sits on an elevated 958 sqm of land, with dual frontages and never-ending views of Sydney Harbour.

The home was reportedly sold to the co-founder of e-commerce firm Rokt, Ben Voltz, and his wife Briana, according to the AFR.
