The disease can affect various parts of your body, including the skin, joints, and internal organs. Because of her Lupus, Gomez needed a kidney transplant, per Entertainment Tonight. With The Weeknd’s lyrics, many fans speculated that he was deeply considering giving Gomez his kidney if they were a match. Despite all the speculation behind the song, a source shared that The Weeknd didn’t share the full story.
