The real reason Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet haven’t seen each other in ‘weeks’ amid split rumors

There’s no trouble in paradise for Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, an insider claims.

A source squashed split speculation about the pair on Friday, revealing the real reason why the two stars haven’t seen each other in “weeks.”

“They haven’t seen each other for a few weeks only because Timothée’s been filming ‘Dune’ in a studio in Budapest, and Kylie’s been working too,” the source told People. “She visited him in July.”

“But even though Kylie has a private jet, the flight is still 12 hours,” the source added. “She’s a mom and she works as well. She has a lot of responsibilities in LA. Timothée’s schedule is grueling, with very little downtime.”

“They’re making it work though,” the insider continued. “They FaceTime most days. They miss each other and are totally fine.”

Reps for the two stars did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Rumors regarding the couple’s status have been circulating in recent weeks after fans noticed they haven’t been seen together since July when they had a brief meetup in France.

Jenner jetted off to the European country after attending Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos’ wedding in Italy.

At the time, a source told People that the beauty mogul and movie star had just a few days together before Chalamet, 29, had to take off to film “Dune: Messiah” in Prague.

“They hadn’t seen each other since before the wedding, so Kylie was really excited when he arrived in France,” an insider said, adding that “they’re used to this kind of schedule.”

“He knows the next few months will be exhausting, so he’s taking a moment to just relax and reset,” the source also noted.

Last week, the Kylie Cosmetics founder celebrated her 28th birthday without her beau on Aug. 10.

“Best birthday ever!!!!!!!” she wrote on Instagram alongside a collection of photos showing her celebration, which included a painting session, pictures in a photo booth and several cakes.

“I’m so grateful to my family and friends for making this weekend so special and full of love. 28 feels so good!!!!! and to my sister @kendalljenner thank you from the bottom of my heart for planning everything so perfectly. I’m so lucky to have you,” the reality star added.

Last month, Jenner and Chalamet took their relationship to the next level by making things semi-Instagram official.

After nearly two years together, the “Kardashians” star followed the “Marty Supreme” actor on the social media app, making him just one of the 119 accounts on her followers list.
