The verve Margo lamp from Bunnings ($29) is portable and comes with adjustable settings, it is also available in a cream colour

Bunnings fans are racing into stores to get their hands on a trendy new homewares item that is being called ‘such a vibe’ – and it’s already disappearing off shelves.

The Verve Design Margot Dusted Clay Portable LED table lamp is $29 and homewares enthusiast Gabbi Deiuliis, from Brisbane, couldn’t wait to share the news.

‘Okay, this is a PSA that Bunnings has some new portable lamps, so of course, I had to go and get them,’ she said in a video.

‘Apparently these are in high demand at the moment.’

Gabbi snapped up the ‘sleek’ modern style Margo lamp in the clay shade and a more traditional Edie lamp in a cream colour for the same price.

‘They aren’t the brightest but for rechargeable lamps that are only $30 each I feel like it’s pretty good and they’re so cute,’ she said.

The portable lamps come with LED lighting, a touch switch and rechargeable built in batteries.

They also allow for perfect light control by offering three different ‘colour temperature’ settings: Warmwhite, coolwhite and daylight.

And fans wasted no time in raving about the ‘absolutely beautiful’ lamps with many vowing to purchase the product.

‘These lamps are so cute,’ one said.

‘I sprinted to Bunnings this morning,’ another added.

‘Saw these at my Bunnings and almost got them, going back ASAP,’ a third chimed in.

Shoppers who had other styles of lamps from the range loved the custom settings.

‘I have the pink glass mushroom lamp…you can select different light warmth as well as levels of luminosity, I keep it warm and low at night,’ one said.

Others added that the bargain lamps were handy for people who experience frequent power outages.

Shoppers whose local Bunnings had already sold out of the popular item said that similar designs are available from Big W.
