‘That’s so Raven’ Alum Orlando Brown Arrested for Domestic Violence — Again

Orlando Brown has found himself in trouble again. The That’s So Raven alum was arrested in Ohio for misdemeanor domestic violence on Thursday (Dec. 22).

Cops were called about a fight in Lima, Ohio, where Brown had reportedly been living for over a month. While it’s unclear who called 911, police told TMZ that the conflict had been between Brown and either a family member or someone else living in the house. According to the outlet, his online booking record describes the charge as, “domestic violence – cause belief of imminent physical harm by threat of force.”

This isn’t the first time the actor has found himself in hot water with the law. In February 2016, Brown was charged with domestic battery, obstruction of justice, and drug possession after a public altercation with his then-girlfriend.

A few months later, a video went viral of bounty hunters apprehending Brown, who had failed to make a court appearance and fled from California to Nevada. He was ultimately found hiding in a private home in his underwear.

Later in the same year, he was arrested again for breaking into a Las Vegas restaurant owned by his childhood friend and attempting to change the locks.

In 2018, Brown made a memorable appearance on Dr. Phil, where he opened up about his addiction and mental health struggles in an intervention-style interview. More notable, however, was when the former Disney actor failed to remember how many children he had (and their ages) and claimed that he was the son of Michael Jackson.

Reflecting on his experience on the show earlier this year, Brown thanked the psychiatrist for “opening the door to show people that actually think they don’t need help to go get help,” while speaking with Cam Capone.

He also added that he has been “on the hideout” since the infamous interview and said, “I’m just waiting to die at this point. But realistically, I have goals.”
