Three boys have been arrested after a teenager was allegedly assaulted and robbed in southern Queensland.

Police say the teens, who are known to each other, met at an address in the suburb of Wondunna on Monday where cash and a phone were allegedly stolen from a 13-year-old boy.

The teenager was also allegedly assaulted and he was taken to hospital with non-life threatening conditions.

One of the teenagers filmed the alleged attack and the footage was posted to social media, police say.

Two boys, both aged 15, were arrested by police on October 19.

The first teenager, from Kawungan, was charged with one count of armed robbery and deprivation of liberty.

He was remanded in custody and will appear in the Hervey Bay Children’s Court in November.

The second teenager, from Point Vernon, was dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.

Police arrested a third 15-year-old today and he was also dealt with as a youth offender.
