A teenager has died at a creek in Queensland.
The boy was swimming with friends at Kholo Creek in Mount Crosby this morning when he reportedly hit his head and failed to resurface.

Emergency crews were called to the popular spot about 10.30am, with swift water rescue and the dive squad joining the search.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
