Teen stabbed in the neck by unhinged stranger near NYC’s City Hall: cops

A teen was stabbed in the neck by an unhinged stranger near City Hall in Manhattan Wednesday morning, police and sources said.

The victim – a 19-year-old man – got into an argument with another man standing on line outside 1 Centre St., the city’s municipal building, where they both were waiting to answer court summonses, police said.

The dispute boiled over into violence, with the stranger stabbing the teen in the neck before running off down Reade Street, sources said.

The teen was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, according to sources.
