An 18-year-old man has been hospitalised in critical condition after falling from a cliff south-west of Sydney.

Emergency services rushed to O’Hares Creek in the Dharawal National Park, near Helensburgh, about 4.20pm.

Paramedics were winched down to the man, who fell from a cliff about 1km away from the popular Jingga Pools.

The 18-year-old has been flown to Liverpool Hospital in critical condition.
