The teenage girl from Brunswick was a passenger in the Alfa Romeo and was critically injured and taken to hospital, where she died today.
The two others in the Alfa Romeo, a 61-year-old Brunswick man and a 53-year-old Brunswick woman, were hospitalised with non-life threatening injuries.
Two pedestrians, a 42-year-old man and a 40-year-old man, both from Carlton, were also hospitalised.

The Passat driver has since been charged by police over the incident.
Gulet Ahmed, 40, from Essendon has been charged with negligent driving causing serious injury, dangerous driving causing serious injury and possessing methylamphetamine.
He will appear before court at a later date.
