At least two train services headed into the city have been impacted due to an emergency situation unfolding on the T8 Airport Line.
The T2 Leppington & Inner West Line and T8 South and Airport Line are being impacted by an incident requiring emergency services at Kingsgrove, Sydney Trains confirmed.
Trains headed from the city towards Revesby are being impacted on the T8 Line, with trains unable to stop at all stations between Turella and Revesby.
Trains at Central are also being delayed.
Some trains headed from Revesby into the city are being impacted, with the line running on a modified service. Some have been cancelled.
Airport Stations are still accessible heading in both directions.
On the T2 Line, trains from Newtown are being impacted, causing delays between Newtown, Redfern and Central stations.
There are additional delays due to a person near the tracks at Macdonaldtown.
Stops and platforms could change at any minute with random cancellations expected.
