The fire broke out at an address on the Princes Highway in Eumemmerring just before 6am today.
It’s understood the vacant building was formerly a Hog’s Breath Cafe.
Police are treating the fire as suspicious and are investigating.

The Princes Highway was closed in both directions between Olive Road and Doveton Avenue.
