Sophia Bush and soccer star Ashlyn Harris are dating following their respective shock divorces, multiple sources confirm to Page Six.
The “One Tree Hill” alum split from Grant Hughes in August after just 13 months of marriage.
The new couple was seen together in photos posted to social media by Canadian soccer player Selenia Iacchelli online, sparking rumors of a potential romance.
“It’s very new,” a source tells Page Six of the romance. “They are definitely a couple.”
Bush, 41, and Harris, 37, both appeared together on a panel at Cannes Lions advertising festival in June, and insiders tell us things got romantic from there.
“Love you @ashlynharris24 and @sophieannkelly,” the actress captioned a photo from the event that she posted on Instagram.
Bush, who has called herself a “lifelong soccer fan,” is an investor in LA-based Angel City FC and has been friends with Harris for years.
As we revealed, Harris — a former star on the US Women’s National Soccer Team — also recently filed for divorce from her wife, Ali Krieger, after nearly four years of marriage in September.
Court documents obtained by Page Six show that Harris submitted her petition on Sept. 19, stating that their union was “irretrievably broken.”
The Gotham FC teammates share two children, 2-year-old daughter Sloane and 1-year-old son Ocean, both of whom they adopted.

The filing notes that the estranged couple “anticipate” entering a settlement that will “resolve all financial issues.”
While Bush follows Harris on Instagram and famous soccer stars including Megan Rapinoe, she does not, however, follow Krieger.
Bush was previously married to her “One Tree Hill” co-star, Chad Michael Murray, from 2005-2006. She wed Hughes, an entrepreneur and real estate investor from Tulsa, Oklahoma. in June 2022 at the City County Clerk’s Office in Tulsa, nearly a year after announcing their engagement.
Their split — announced after she spent months in London appearing on stage in “2:22 a Ghost Story” — came as a shock.
Bush filed for divorce only seven weeks after she celebrated the couple’s wedding anniversary with an Instagram tribute, which has since been deleted.
“Today marks 365 days of calling you ‘husband,’” she captioned a black and white throwback photo of the two on their wedding day. “Best decision of my life. It still feels just like this. Ecstatic. Running toward the future, grinning and laughing, together. I love you, my favorite. Happy Anniversary.”
A source told People magazine, “Sophia and Grant were friends for 10 years and bonded during COVID through their love of community service.
“They continue to run their nonprofit together and remain good friends.”
Announcing her support for Angel City in 2020, Bush said, “As a lifelong soccer fan, having a women’s football club in my hometown is a dream come true. Being a part of a leadership group like this one, filled with women and allies who are passionate about building community both on and off the field — who care about legacy, integrity, and the advancement of female athletes — is thrilling.”
