Police are exploring the possibility Bulley fell into the water and drowned. However, her partner is not so convinced.
Paul Ansell told Channel 5 he’s “100 per cent convinced” the mother-of-two did not fall into the river.
The comments came during the program “Vanished: Where is Nicola Bulley?”.
Ansell detailed the “unprecedented hell” the family have found themselves living in.
“Nikki would never give up on us ever. She wouldn’t give up on anybody. And we’re not gonna ever give up on her like, we’re going to find her,” he said.
“There has to be a way to find out what happened, there has to be. You cannot, you cannot walk your dog down a river and just vanish into thin air.

“Something happened that day, something.”
Lancashire Police have searched the River Wyre and surrounds but have found no trace of Bulley beyond her phone, which was connected to a Teams work call, and a dog leash.
The items were found on a steep bank overlooking the river.
Police said they are examining all “potential scenarios” and are searching other parts of the river system, which flows out to sea.
“Rather the focus of the search has moved further downstream and out towards the coast”.
Officers are following hundreds of lines of enquiry, and are encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
