Six people - including THREE women - charged by police after brawl outside Sydney's Accor Stadium following Bulldogs' NRL game

Six footy fans – including three women – have been charged by NSW Police following a brawl outside Accor Stadium after the Bulldogs’ round five NRL win against Newcastle on April 6.

Two of the men – both aged 21 – were refused bail and will appear in the Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday.

On Friday, the pair were arrested at Bankstown in Sydney’s south-west. 

The men were then taken to Bankstown Police Station where they were charged with assault occasioning aggravated bodily harm in company of others and affray, a statement from NSW Police read.

It follows two members of the public being allegedly assaulted at Sydney Olympic Park – with one woman, 21, knocked unconscious at the scene before she was taken to hospital to assess her injuries.

The man she was with – also 21 – was not seriously injured.

Elsewhere, a trio of women – aged 38, 37 and 35 – all spoke to police after they launched a public investigation into the incident.

The two younger women were arrested and charged with affray at Auburn Police Station.

Both will attend Burwood Local Court on April 17.

The other woman, 38, will appear in the same court after she was charged with common assault and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company of others. 

A sixth person, 21, attended St George Police Station where he was arrested and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company of others. 

The man was granted conditional bail and will appear before Sutherland Local Court on May 6.

All six people have been banned from attending any Venues NSW ground.

NSW Police have confirmed their investigation is now complete.

The incident follows a wild brawl at the same venue on Friday, April 4 as more than 10 Roosters and Souths fans traded punches before security attempted to intervene. 

It is understood the clash occurred late in the second half, with 22 people escorted from Accor Stadium.
