A series of abusive, foul-mouthed texts a NSW politician allegedly sent his ex-lover, a female federal MP, have been revealed for the first time.
Taylor Martin, 32, has temporarily stood aside from the Liberal Party room after it was revealed ex-federal MP Lucy Wicks, 50, complained about his alleged text campaign.
Mr Martin had previously worked as a staffer for Ms Wicks and was in a relationship with her before he won a seat in the NSW Parliament in 2017.
Their secret affair ended in 2019, allegedly triggering a series of furious expletive-laden text messages from Mr Martin to Ms Wicks.
In one text from Mr Martin in January 2021, he allegedly told her: ‘Go stay in your world of f***ing make-believe, you f***ing pig ignorant b***h.’

The texts were revealed by the Sydney Morning Herald on Monday after copies were passed on by a supporter of Ms Wicks.
Others branded her a ‘f***ing idiot’, ‘a pig’, a ‘dumb s***’, ‘f***wit’ and ‘a sicko’ among several abusive terms.
Mr Martin allegedly told her to ‘shut up you dumb s***’ and ‘listen to yourself, you absolute c*** of a person’.
Others added: ‘This s*** is why I’m so angry at you… stop talking to me like this while you kill me you f***wit.
‘You bitch. You don’t even try and get it. You f***ing bitch. Listen to yourself. Don’t say such lies to me, you s***.’
Mr Martin has now stood aside from the Liberal party room while the claims are investigated by a senior counsel brought in by party bosses.
Mr Martin has denied any wrongdoing and said he will cooperate with the independent inquiry, but blamed the outbursts on his youth.

‘I was young and inexperienced and I found myself involved in a situation that was way beyond me,’ he said in a statement.
‘There were heated words during my attempts to go separate ways that I sincerely regret.
‘It was an ugly and undignified parting of ways. If I could undo any hurt that has been caused I would do it in a heartbeat.
‘I am so sorry and apologise unreservedly to everyone that has been caught up in it.’

Ms Wicks hired Mr Martin eight years ago when he was 24 and he later became the youngest member in parliament when he took his NSW upper house seat from Mike Gallacher in 2017.
Their relationship ended in 2019 and Ms Wicks alleged that she has been abused by Mr Martin for five years.
Ms Wicks’s supporter told the SMH the abuse had scared the MP into silence because ‘he had such control over her.’
They added: ‘She was terrified of his reaction.’

She finally made her confidential complaint to the Liberal Party in October 2021 before losing her seat Robertson in the May 2022 federal election. She had held the seat since September 2013.
Ms Wicks spoke out publicly about the abuse at the weekend after she was outed as the victim by Ben Fordham on 2GB on Friday without her permission.
‘My complaint to the Liberal Party was in relation to serious concerns including behaviour in the workplace, in the party and in political interactions,’ Ms Wicks said.
‘It includes allegations that I was physically threatened and received hundreds of demeaning, degrading, and abusive texts.
‘During that five-year period, I was continually exposed to highly aggressive barrages of verbal abuse, which included threats to destroy my reputation if I spoke up.’
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Ms Wicks and Mr Martin for comment.
