A crazed tourist has gone on a shocking violent rampage at a medical clinic in Bali, leaving patients and staff fearing for their safety.
Disturbing video of the incident posted to Instagram showed a man wearing only his underpants screaming at others at the Nusa Medica clinic.
‘Let’s go, gimme it now,’ he said in the footage, pointing in a threatening manner at another man who is also shirtless.
‘I see what you’re f***ing doing. Gimme the f***ing phone.’
The musclebound dark-haired tourist picked up a huge metal cabinet and then in a fit of uncontrolled rage, threw it across the room at other people in the ward.
‘I’m a f***ing American,’ he screamed wildly in the clip.
‘Record it, you f***ing c***.’
He then ripped off the curtain around a bed in the ward, terrifying the woman on the bed and a nurse who was treating her.

‘This is a patient. This is a patient,’ another man screamed out in a desperate bid to get the American man to stop.
But the attack continued and the topless man with leopard spots in his hair who was being attacked told an orderly to ‘…get this bed outside’.
The patient and the nurse cried loudly in fear as they fled and tried to find safety as the crazed attack continued.
The enraged man then came back, brandishing a length of steel as if it was a sword, shouting out: ‘Are you going to take me? Are you going to take me alive?’
Everybody in what appears to be an emergency ward then escaped through an exit to the car park, while a man was seen making a phone call to police.
The clip ended with a nurse crying uncontrollably as she leant against an ambulance for support before a colleague came over to support her.

‘Surely he’s been made to pay for damages, fines and then deported and banned from indo (Indonesia) for life,’ a commenter posted beside the video.
‘The staff and patients must be traumatised by this,’ wrote another.
‘He should be in jail not only damaging, but also he made another patient there who is sick in danger and trauma coz of his actions,’ a third said.
