Sharon Osbourne is one proud grandma!
The X Factor judge’s daughter, Kelly Osbourne, welcomed her first child — a baby boy — with Slipknot member Sid Wilson in November.
Page Six revealed the bundle of joy’s name, Sid, short for Sydney, after his rocker dad.
Now Sharon, 70, gave an update on her three-month-old grandson, saying she’s already stepping in to help Kelly and Sid with diaper duties.
“They’re doing just so great. So great,” Sharon said during an appearance on GB News’ “The Talk” Tuesday, before revealing that Kelly “won’t let a picture go out of him.”
“I’m so proud of her,” she gushed.
Elsewhere on the show, Sharon spoke out about a recent health scare that saw her collapse while filming “The Osbournes: Night of Terror” with her son Jack last month.
The wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne said she was unconscious for 20 minutes before being rushed to two hospitals.

After days of endless tests and scans, doctors were still left with more questions than answers about Sharon’s condition.
After co-host JJ Anisiobi asked Sharon what exactly happened, she was stumped herself.
“I wish I could but I can’t,” she said. “It was the weirdest thing – I was doing some filming and suddenly they tell me that I felt…”
“I was in the hospital. I went to one hospital, they took me to another hospital and I did every test over two days and nobody knows why,” she added.
Jack, 37, released a statement following the worrying news last month, saying Sharon is finally on the mend.
“OK here is what I’ll say – first things first MY MOTHER WASN’T FILMING A EPISODE OF @ghostadventures. She was filming a new episode of Night of Terror with me. Hahaha,” he wrote.
“Now that we have made that clear… She had been given the all clear from her medical team and is now home.”
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support. As to what happened to my mum – I’m gonna leave it to her to share about when she is ready,” he added.
