Shakira is making one last attempt to get underneath her ex-partner’s family’s skin.
The singer famously blasted her “BZRP Music Sessions #53” collaboration from her Barcelona home after it came out in November, and had a Halloween witch decoration located on her balcony.
The witch was facing the home next door, which just so happens to be Gerard Pique’s parent’s property.

Shakira was blatantly sending a message to her former in-laws, but more specifically her ex-mother-in-law.
Her actions reportedly annoyed Montserrat Bernabeu, Piqué’s mother, and she is believed to have asked for it to be removed.
We recently reported the Colombian singer is preparing to leave her Barcelona home for Miami, FL. in the coming weeks, so she had to send one final message to Montserrat.
On Thursday, March 9th, Shakira whipped out the witch doll once more, and had the witch’s hands specifically pointed towards Pique’s parent’s home.

Shakira has put up another nastier looking witch awn her balcony facing her mother in law’s house reportedly after her mother in law threatened Shakira to not move out of Barcelona or take the kids with her.

What’s more is that Shakira left for New York City with her two children, Sasha and Milan, after putting up the witch
She’s really sticking it to her ex-in-laws.
This isn’t the first time Shakira expressed her disapproval for Montserrat.
Back in 2021, she expressed her discontent with her ex-in-law due to a haircut she recommended Shakira get in 2012.

During her sit-down with British Vouge for their series, “Life In Looks,” she broke down some of her biggest celebrity moments and the looks that corresponded with them.
The first look the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer opened up about was her fiery red getup at the 2000 Latin Grammys.
Of the look she said, “I remember I specifically chose red because I thought red would be a memorable color.”
She also explained that she chose the outfit to help create harmony with the choreography.
The next look in the lineup had Shakira nearly chucking the iPad across the room, she was so appalled by it!
Shakira’s Had A Bone To Pick With Montserrat Since 2012
Shakira’s look was from 2012 when she was being honored by the French Ministry of Culture.
She sported a short, straight and platinum blonde look. A far cry from her long, curly locks.
Upon swiping to the photo Shakira shrieks, “Oh, que mal” which in English translates to “Oh, how terrible!”
She put her hand to her head as if to cover her face!
The songstress continued saying, “That’s a really bad haircut. I took advice from my mother-in-law. She said, ‘Hey, why don’t you cut your hair? It’s really damaged.’”
To which Shakira recalls replying, “Ah, uh-huh.”
She claims this is the worst decision of her life!
“Mother-in-law, I’m not taking cosmetic advice from you again. It’s a shame about my haircut, mother-in-law,” Shakira said swiping on to the next look.
Clearly, the contention between Shakira and Montserrat goes back years and years.
The songstress is planning to leave Barcelona for the US by April 1st.
