In a storyline that includes four of the biggest names ever in WWE, the catalyst for it all is clear to Paul Heyman: Seth Rollins.
“While the services and loyalty of the Wise Man have been at the core of this storyline in this WrestleMania main event, it has been Seth Rollins that has been the catalyst for everyone’s evolving emotions and therefore he has been the most pivotal player of all of us,” Heyman said in a phone interview.
CM Punk, Roman Reigns and Rollins are set to clash in the Night 1 main event of WrestleMania 41 from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Saturday (7 p.m., Peacock).
Heyman’s loyalty is in question as he leaves Roman Reigns’ side to pay off his storyline “favor” and real-life promise to CM Punk to be in the corner for his best friend’s first WrestleMania main event.
