A Service NSW employee has been charged after allegedly using her work computer to supply an address to the gang that kidnapped Peter Vuong from his Smithfield home last month.

Six men armed with a sledgehammer allegedly ripped Vuong, 26, from his bed in front of his influencer girlfriend Angel Bowyer on March 9, before they dragged him downstairs, threw him over a fence and bundled him into the back of a black Audi.

His captors allegedly held him hostage in a house at Belmore for six days, removing his teeth with a hammer and pliers while they demanded drugs and money from a wealthy associate.

Sira Elkheir was arrested by police at Bunnings in Greenac today.

Robbery and serious crime squad detectives arrested the group and freed Vuong from the house on Canterbury Road during a top-secret operation.

They charged six men, aged 19, 20 and 21, for their alleged roles in the incident.

Following their arrest, police began investigating Sira Elkheir, 21, and allege she used her position as a Service NSW employee to look up an address for crypto trader Tran Dinh, one of Vuong’s close associates.

Elkheir allegedly looked up an address in Smithfield linked to Dinh, which was then passed onto the alleged kidnappers.

“Going to make dis clear no1 negotiating we set price 5mil or work if you cant meet up 2 our requirements we cut ur boy up bit by bit until you give us what we want (sic),” the kidnappers allegedly wrote.

Police allege “work” is code for drugs.
