Second suspect identified in brutal off-duty cop beating in Bronx

Police have identified the second alleged brute wanted over the savage beating of an off-duty NYPD cop in the Bronx over the weekend.

The NYPD blasted out an image of 22-year-old Wayne Lucas on Wednesday in a bid to hunt him down — a day after his alleged accomplice was busted over the sick attack.

Lucas and Taveon Hargrove, 23, are suspected of pinning the officer to the ground at knifepoint and then stomping on his face on St. Peter’s Ave. in Westchester Square early Saturday, cops said.

Hargrove, who already has a lengthy rap sheet, was nabbed on Tuesday by the US Marshals’ Regional Fugitive Task Force in Virginia.
