The second-biggest jackpot ever offered by any Australian lotto is being offered in tonight’s Boxing Day draw.

The $90 million jackpot will be drawn tonight after there were no division one winners during the last nine lotto draws.

“Up to a third of Australian adults are expected to have a ticket in their hands before the draw’s close tonight,” The Lott spokesperson Matt Hart said.

A Sydney mum who won $1 million initially doubted her luck and thought her win was a mistake. The woman from North Sydney held one of two division one winning entries in draw 4335 which was drawn on Wednesday.

“Last week’s draw was busy with the peak of sales at 6.35pm on the day of the draw when 4,113 tickets were sold in a single minute,” he said.

The draw closes at 7.30pm AEST tonight.

”I’d also recommend registering your ticket to a player card or online account,” Hart said.

“I’ll be looking to reach out to any registered division one winner immediately after the draw tonight. “

This year there have been 13 division one winners who have taken home $233 in prize money.
