Scuffle breaks out between protesters outside courthouse at Trump ‘hush money’ trial

Chaos erupted outside the Manhattan courthouse as Donald Trump’s historic hush money trial neared its end Tuesday — with protesters and supporters of the ex-president’s getting into it.

An anti-Trump protester said he was assaulted by a Trump supporter after he started chanting the anti-Israel “From the river to the sea” slogan outside the courthouse in lower Manhattan.

“He’s lucky I don’t have a bicep, I would have knocked him out,” said Ricky Cavallero, 56, from the Bronx.

“He slapped my glasses off my face that’s straight disrespect.”

Cops quickly broke up the scuffle and no one was arrested.

Witnesses said a woman who got caught in the melee was taken away in an ambulance.

“She was hobbling a bit,”  said a cop who flagged down the ambulance on Lafayette Street.

The mayhem broke out following dueling press conferences by Trump and President Biden’s 2024 campaigns, with the latter getting Hollywood actor Robert De Niro to speak on its behalf.
