Coles has issued the recall for six products, which have been available for sale in Coles Supermarkets and Coles Local stores as well as through Coles Online in Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

The products have been available for sale in Coles Supermarkets and Coles Local stores and through Coles Online in Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

  • Coles Spinach 60g – Use by 27/03/2025 and 28/03/2025

  • Coles Spinach 280g – Use by 27/03/2025 and 28/03/2025

  • Coles Family Mix Stir Fry 400g – Use by 27/03/2025

  • Coles Spinach and Kale 300g – Use by 27/03/2025

  • Coles Spinach and Rocket 120g – Use by 28/03/2025

  • Coles Beetslaw 320g – Use by 27/03/2025

Food products with microbial contamination may cause illness if consumed.

The products in the latest recall have been available for sale in independent retailers including IGA in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales and Queensland as well as Drakes stores in Queensland.

Food Standards Australia has warned people not to eat the product.

“Consumers should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund,” the watchdog said.

“Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.”

The recall has been issued after Food Standards Australia issued alerts for a selection of products sold by Woolworths and Aldi earlier this week.

Woolworths is conducting a recall of seven products which have been available for sale online in Queensland only as well as in store at Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro in Queensland.

Aldi has since expanded its recall notice to include additional products and use-by dates.
