Graceland has a new owner.
Riley Keough was named sole trustee of her late mother Lisa Marie Presley’s estate and granted ownership of the iconic Memphis mansion that once belonged to her grandfather and legendary crooner, Elvis Presley.
Keough’s settlement, filed in June, was officially approved Los Angeles Superior Court following a bitter legal battle with her grandmother Priscilla Presley, Deadline reported Friday.
The outlet adds that Priscilla has been allowed to be buried next to Elvis in Graceland’s Meditation Garden — a request she made in May but was initially denied.
The “Daisy Jones & The Six” star, 34, is the only surviving grandchild of the late “Suspicious Minds” hitmaker, who died in 1977.
Keough will now oversee the sub-trusts of her 14-year-old half-sisters Finley and Harper Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s twin daughters from her marriage to Michael Lockwood.

“The settlement is in the best interests of minors Harper Lockwood and Finley Lockwood, and confirm that Michael Lockwood’s signature on their behalf, as Guardian Ad Litem, is valid and binding,” Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lynn Healey Scaduto wrote.
Priscilla will be a special adviser to the trust and receive a monthly stipend for her role.
Riley reportedly agreed to pay Priscilla, 78, over $1 million in order to become the sole trustee of her mother’s estate, in additional to $400,000 to cover legal fees.

Keogh and her grandmother were wrapped up in a highly publicized legal battle over the late singer’s trust since January after Priscilla contested her daughter’s will, claiming that there were errors in its “authenticity and validity.”

The pair settled their legal dispute in June.
Priscilla, who was married to the “Blue Suede Shoes” crooner from 1967 until 1973, shared how pleased she was with the way their legal issues were resolved, noting that her late husband would be happy.

“My daughter’s passing was both devastating and heartbreaking,” Priscilla reportedly wrote in a declaration filed in June.
“We have learned that the fans realize that we are ‘Just a Family.’ Elvis would be proud and his and Lisa’s wishes are what are most important to all of us.”
