Reese Witherspoon is about to become a bachelorette once again! The actress announced that she and her husband, Jim Toth, are getting a divorce. The couple has been married for 12-years and welcomed a child, Tennessee James Toth, in 2012.

Taking to Instagram, the “Legally Blonde” star wrote, “We have some personal news to share… It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful. Years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together.”
Her note continued, “Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. We truly appreciate everyone’s respect for our family’s privacy at this time.”

This is Reese’s second marriage and second divorce. She was previously married to Ryan Phillippe and they had two children together.

They got engaged in 2010 and got married on March 26, 2011.
