A recall notice has been issued for a type of Lamborghini worth almost $1 million after a fault with its doors.
Owners of the Lamborghini Revuelto have been warned the gas springs on the door of the car may not have been assembled properly and could become loose or detach.
The recall notice also warns that if a malfunction occurs with the doors open, it could fall quickly onto the driver or passenger, potentially causing injury.
It is a concerning fault for a car that was valued at $987,000 when it was first released in 2023.
However, not many Australians are going to be impacted.
According to the recall notice, only two people in the entire country own a Lamborghini Revuelto.
They are being advised to make an appointment with an authorised Lamborghini dealer to check the safety of the car free of charge.
The hybrid supercar can achieve speeds of up to 350km/h and has an acceleration time from 0-100km/h of 2.5 seconds.
